The pizza itself is very tasty, but starters such as Mozzarella Caprese are not recommended. The delivery time was given as 45 minutes, but this has doubled.

The delivery service is weird. The order was not complete or other products were delivered, the product description is also incorrect (pizza Mexico with pineapple? 😂). I personally didn't like the tomato sauce, the dough wasn't tasty either and the vegan sausage was too much🤷‍♀️

On request whether they deliver to Flintbek, very unfriendly answered no and hung up !! not even said that you could pick it up, etc. seem like a shop that doesn't need to earn money in these difficult times. Grumble

So far, we have always enjoyed being guests at the San Remo. Unfortunately, as can be seen from other reviews, the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfriendly employees on the phone, communication problems followed by a wrong delivery - no one came to us with an apology or insight. Pity!

A pizzeria as you would expect. With decent food without any particular highlights. However, with sanitary facilities on the upper floor.

Well, there is better. Pizza was so out of the freezer. Pretty dry. It's been better before.

Finally a real pizza again. An Italian to recommend

We like to eat out in San Remo, but the delivery service (with the burger) is not advisable. On their own website (not Lieferando or similar) it is stated that they are open from 3 p.m. After a long wait and a call to the San Remo, we were told that they wouldn't open until 5 p.m. Not a word of apology, no solution, just a "This is not our problem, now you just have to wait". We are incredibly disappointed.

Friendly staff is something else. Catastrophic taste experience. Never again. Unfortunately, I have to assign a star because zero stars are not possible.

In terms of taste, there is a lot of pleasure there. The portions are an appealing and filling dimension. The workforce was fast, cared for and friendly. The location is really easy to get to! The convenient transport connections make a meal trip possible quickly, and I haven't been that impressed by an inn in a long time.

Ordered online, pick-up time selected, received confirmation, was on-site on time and first had to explain to the workforce that orders can be placed online. After an agreed waiting time of 10 minutes, nothing was finished for a long time and goodwill looks different than showing the customer the bird when leaving the store ... in addition, this gastronomic specialist manages to pack a 37 pizza in a 36 box and that Pizza still has a lot of air in the box to slide around. Otherwise very tasty, but then a star.

Very friendly and warm service. The food was delicious and good.

We were there for pasta roulette. We were served well and the large pasta portions came relatively quickly. The variations were very classic. We expected a little more. Overall, however, were satisfied! Next time we would rather try the pizzas

Was on 02.24. at the San Remo and wanted to 17.30 Take small round hand pizzas with you. Brief information from the pizza maker that he doesn't have one but normal hand pizzas are available. From the corner of my eye I saw that he then took some out of the fridge and briefly with fresh cheese etc. sprinkled. They were apparently from the previous day and didn't taste good. I know otherwise there!

The service was completely overwhelmed. A force was added later. Lunch table: the pizza was good. The salad was not, however - dressing of your choice does not mean "Italy automatically comes up with it". There is still room for improvement.

We always like to go to San Remo, food and service are both great! Internet reservation worked really well! There was even a glass of champagne for everyone because we were there for the birthday meal! The service is really very friendly! We would love to come back

Good service, I didn't wait to long for the food, which is also served well and more than enough!!! The dessert was really yummy and the place was not cost but it was comfortable with nice atmosphere.

Very nice atmosphere. The service is very friendly. Our pizzas tasted very good. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes. We will be back.

The food is always delicious and the Aperol so soothing. I wish they added Hugo to the menu however.

The food is very very good, really tasty. But the service could be better. Sometimes they come to you with that face as if you did something bad to them and answer your questions as if you killed their family member. But not everyone, some of them are very nice and friendly.

Great pizza for a fair price

We discovered this place while walking late at night looking for a restaurant open for food. It was a pleasant find, we liked the ambiance and the food!

Pretty good pizza.

Great food at affordable prices. One star down because one time people were smoking outside and the whole restaurant was filled with cigarette smoke. Other than that, kid friendly.

Best carbonara ever

Overall the food was okay: the lasagna was good, the truffle pasta made someone sick, and the pasta roulette could have had more generous portions. The real problem we had was with the service: they could have made an effort to treat our party of foreigners with pleasant manners. Four of us ate there and we spoke in Spanish to each other but ordered in English and German, having been given translated menus. Our friends who live in Kiel have been to the restaurant various times and have not had this problem with service until last night. We will not be returning to such a rude establishment. If you're German the service will probably be fine but the food isn't worth it honestly.
